Matthew Matt James, born December 5, 1991 on the 5th of December, 1991 in North Carolina. Matthew Matt James is a mixed-race son of Manny James (of Jamaican descendance) and Patty James. His mother was caucasian and his father Nigerian. He graduated of Sanderson High School. In 2015, he graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree at Wake Forest University. James first became famous by his character on The Bachelorette's reality star. In 2020 he got selected as the bachelor for The Bachelor's season 25, making him The only African American male lead which later premiered in 2021. James was the best candidate for the job, because he's well-rounded tall, large and has great humor. The season ended when he chose Rachael Krkconnell as his choice to begin an affair with her. In 2021, he joined forces with the famous dancer Arnold for the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold placed 12th on the show.
